Running that’s what I’ll do.

I’ve been trying to think for the last few minutes at least on what I’m going to do with this blog and have decided to dedicate it to my running around the beautiful prefecture of Gifu in Japan. I do understand that this is likely to limit those interested in the blog down to just me and the Google scrubbers but at least you will be able to read it without clogging up you add-filter. I’m not a particularly robust, diligent or accomplished runner let’s get that clear, but I do enjoy it immensely. I mostly run at night, most nights, cycling through 3, 6, then 10km. With one rest day after the 10km run. Always however as with everyone, life gets in the way.
